Richard Jun  has extensive experience in all facets of transactional law having served as corporate counsel to a variety of companies across a multitude of industries and sizes.  He is equally adept at advising a start-up retail business as it seeks growth capital to servicing the day-to-day legal needs of large multi-national corporations. Richard's legal background ranges from practicing corporate law at a prominent international law firm to being the head attorney of the US division of a South Korean entertainment conglomerate. He worked as a transactional associate at O'Melveny & Myers in downtown Los Angeles and, most recently, served as the top business and legal affairs executive for CJ Entertainment America.

• General Corporate representation including advising small to mid-market companies on licensing and distribution issues.
• Assisted on the initial public offering of a major motion picture studio and subsequent film library acquisition.
• Represented a Korean entertainment conglomerate in negotiating the largest home video output deal with a US distribution partner.
• Represented purchaser in the acquisition of a $575 million cellular phone license from an Eastern European county.
• Represented the US buyers in the acquisition of Dewers and Bombay Gin.
• Served as company counsel in a debt offering by a Fortune 500 energy company.
