Firm Changes Name to Lee Tran & Liang
Lee & Tran APLC has changed its name to Lee Tran & Liang APLC in recognition of partner Enoch Liang's contributions to the growth of the firm. Mr. Liang heads the firm's China-U.S. Litigation Practice and is one of the few attorneys in the country who has practiced IP litigation and trial work with the best firms in both the U.S. and China. Mr. Liang has published several articles outlining his experience in litigating matters in China.
Mr. Liang graduated from Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He then practiced for several years at Quinn Emanuel, the leading trial firm in the U.S. For the past four years, Mr. Liang went to China to practice IP litigation and trial at the largest local firm and then Lovells, where he tried and litigated several headline-grabbing IP matters. Mr. Liang was also in charge of the day-to-day enforcement of IP rights for Apple products in both China and Hong Kong.
"Enoch has been a great addition to our firm's overall practice. Not only does he have the experience but the talent to win cases" said Luan Tran, co-founder of the firm.
