Creative Fee Options

No two cases are the same, and no two clients are alike.  That is why we offer a number of creative fee options to accommodate the varying types of cases and clients we serve.  For example, we often handle what we call "5-to-50" cases ($5 million to $50 million) on contingency. We only get paid if you win.  For straight billable matters, our rates are typically 30%-40% lower than those charged by comparable attorneys at larger firms.  Furthermore, we can customize any fee arrangement that makes sense for a particular matter, including fixed fees, caps, hybrid, etc.

The partner you hire will be in charge from start to finish. Your case will not be passed around to a revolving-door of attorneys. All phone calls or emails are returned promptly.
